What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and the general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations. Partner with leadership on financial strategy and process improvements, and supervise a small accounting team.

What We're Looking For

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred). Several years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or small-business setting. Strong knowledge of accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and a team player who enjoys mentoring others.
